The high performance of knowledgeable employee is the foundation of the enterprise improvement. While how to appraise and raise their performance is a difficult problem. This thesis analyzes the current situation of the knowledgeable employee´s performance management, discusses deeply in the performance management flow, based on input, operation, output as the clue, researches the knowledgeable employee´s performance system based upon value added. So that it can put forward the new solution and measure of the problem.
