Abstract :
The paper adopts five kinds of different copper ion concentrations to deal with the mung bean seedling, and paraffin wax cut into slices law to study micro-structure of mung bean root, Still analyses Cu2+ to the influence of electric charge of root protoplast surface through micro-cell´s electrophoresis in addition. The result shows every structures of the mung bean root of the treated group has obviously changed and electrophoretic mobility of the treated group was lower than CK. The study provides the theoretical foundation for agricultural environmental protection.
