Abstract
A new wideband BiCMOS differential current conveyor is presented. The proposed differential current conveyor (DCCII) has the advantage of a wide bandwidth (about 1GHz). It can be directly used with MOS transistors operating in the ohmic region to implement the require analogue functions. As an application of the proposed DCCII, a four quadrant current multiplier is presented using the DCCII. PSPICE simulations show that the performance of the DCCII and the multiplier are in agreement with theoretical results
