Abstract
Considering bio-objects as antennas to electromagnetic fields of different frequencies from extra low frequency to hundreds of GHz, specific absorption rates (SAR) are calculated with the help of a specially design software. The increase in temperature and hence change in ratios of Na+ and K+ ions inside and outside of a membrane due to the energy absorbed are also estimated.
