Abstract :
Lack of IP address space has become the bottleneck of the Internet development. The existing Internet protocol IPv4 cannot meet the development needs. As a next generation network protocol, IPv6 new features for the next generation of Internet applications and development provide a broad prospect and support. IPv6 network deployment is the current hot spot, network construction in Beijing, Shanghai, Nanjing and other cities has deployed IPv6 MAN. In this paper, North China Electric Power University IPv6 campus network construction as an example, to explore the construction of the IPv6 campus network.
