Abstract :
To study the biotransmission of environmental hormone Butylbenzyl phthalate by isotope-labeling method we took the different exposure routes which were intrvenous and oral, pharmacokinetic compartment model was evaluated by NDST21 software and mathematical model of Butylbenzyl phthalate was set up to evaluate parameters. The results show First-order linear equation and two-compartment open model are gained, after 3H-BBP is fed or injected to mice. The half life of absorption, distribution and elimination is respectively about 13 min, 25 min and 7 h by oral, the half life of distribution and elimination is respectively about 20 min and 6 h by intrvenous, which indicates the absorption and distribution of this compound is quick and elimination is slow. 3H-BBP is mainly excreted by urine and feces, and the excrement of 3H-BBP accounts for 80% of total dose within 4 days by intrvenous and oral.
