Abstract :
In this paper we propose a novel method, the combined moment method, to solve the problem of electromagnetic wave scattering by an irregular metal surface. This method is based on the moment method and the finite element method. By this method electric field values can be computed accurately and conveniently, and the computer program can be easily implemented.
