Abstract :
Periodically poled Mg-doped congruent LiNbO3 device with 10mm thickness of 32.2μm period was fabricated by 33kV pulse application. High-energy QPM-OPO of half-joule-class output can be expected by joule-class pumping source in 10ns pulse region.
