After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.

The existence of both traditional market and electronic market complexities supply chain competition. Based on a weakest online manufacturer who sells products in the internet, and contend against manufacturer 1 in electronic market. At the same time, manufacturer 1´s retailer shares traditional consumer market. This paper finds out their optimal decisions, and the conditions in which supply chain coordinates. After that, it analyses how manufacturers 1´ product costs & retailer´s coefficient of service costs affect three enterprises´ optimal revenues, and the paper also finds out some managerial inspirations.
