Abstract
An algorithm of the 3-D complex anisotropic electrical impedance tomography (EIT) is presented. Using both conductivity and permittivity to simulate the skull of the head and primarily conductivity the brain, EIT can measure the variation of the distribution of conductivity of the brain. The errors of the results in 4 cases are less than 10%.
