Abstract :
An SOI delay interferometer (DI) manufactured in 4 mum rib waveguide technology with tuned polarization dependent wavelength (PDWL) shift is presented. CW device performance & DPSK demodulation functionality in a 40 Gbit´s testbed are demonstrated.
