This paper evaluates the instructors´ performance with the identical degree analysis based on Set Pair Analysis (SPA) principles. And it puts forward an index system and reference scale and discusses the characteristics of applying the index model as well. This method can objectively evaluate the system to determine the weight of each index, easy to handle non-uniform dimension between the various indices. It has already been used in practice to evaluate instructors´ performance, and the result shows it is quite effective.
