  • Abstract
Nowadays, the study of the micro chemical process that uses a micro reactor has been activated. We have developed a sliding valve with electromagnetic drive. It can control chemical reaction by controlling the liquids of a small capacity. In this paper, we report on a new sliding valve which consists of materials and coatings with resistance to against acid and alkali. In addition, this paper proposes a new chemical process “micro beaker process”, which will realize very even mixing and reactions. We have applied this developed valve to actual chemical process of a rapid inorganic reaction with strong acid and strong alkaline solutions to show its practical potential.
