  • Abstract
The symbolic implementation of the generalized transform in Mathematica is presented. This enables the computation of both the direct and the inverse transformation in a symbolic manner and is accomplished through the development of a Mathematica package that is based on the transform definition and the results of the research work of B.L. Evans and his colleagues (1993), who by developing the Signal Processing Package, specified a robust framework for symbolic signal processing software development. Mathematica has been selected as the platform for the implementation of the generalized transform due to its upmost symbolic and programming capabilities
