The purpose of this paper is to focus on analyzing its flexural behavior and the reinforcement effect under concentrated force at the two points of a symmetrical load after the 21 old and new different degrees of damage to prestressed concrete hollow slab is strengthened with CFRP by the different paste modes and paste quantities. It systematically the ultimate bearing capacity and failure mode after prestressed concrete hollow slab is strengthened. It also analyzes crack developments at failure, varieties of load-displacement curve during loading. The results showed that with concentrated force at the two points of a symmetrical load, its ultimate bearing capacity of different degrees of damage to prestressed concrete slab strengthened with CFRP can effectively improve varying the amount of different degrees, about 11.1%∼84.2%, the strengthening effect is obvious. With technical specification for strengthening concrete structures with carbon fiber reinforced polymer laminate, the conclusion can be drawn that it is more reasonable and economical to adopt respectively the 100 mm width of single-layer double width, the 75 mm width of single-layer three width and the 50 mm width of single-layer four width of CFRP for reinforcement slight damage, moderate damage and severe damage to old and new prestressed concrete hollow slab.
