After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

This article think that the microscopic dynamic factor, the medium system factor and macroscopic system factor are the motivating forces of the evolvement of the logistics industry. But the researches on the complicated economics system have to firstly analyze the behavior of individual which should be placed in an interconnected economic system. The analysis on the stability of the evolution and development of the logistics industry by using Logistic model has some guiding significance to the restructuring and revitalization of the logistics industry.
