Abstract :
We consider a distributed noncooperative power control game for wireless data in a multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) CDMA system. We establish utility functions for wireless data in the MIMO CDMA system. The spectral efficiency and power efficiency are each referred to as a utility which reflects the level of satisfaction a data user gets. According to the utility functions, we develop four noncooperative power control games, and establish the existence and uniqueness of their Nash equilibria. We present power control algorithms to get the Nash equilibria and analyze the performance of the proposed power control games.
