Abstract :
The ion chromatography instrument is one kind of complex chemical analysis instruments. And the key part that affects analysis results in it is ion chromatographic column. On developing online IC instrument, it is difficult to predict the efficiency of IC column. All the instruments can be referred now are only used in laboratory, and the column efficiency is judged artificially. So it is necessary to use artificial intelligent method to survey the column efficiency automatically. This paper proposes one kind of soft sensing method, which analysis the principle of ion chromatographic column at first, then finds out the key factors affecting column efficiency, synthesizes all kinds of surveying data by AI method, then the convincible results of column efficiency can be available eventually. It is shown by experimental results that this method is convincible and reliable in online surveying of ion chromatographic column efficiency.
