Abstract
We propose a network-based intelligent testing and diagnostic system that can give dynamic tests according to the degree of difficulty, discrimination, and other parameters. The system also permits several students to take a test cooperatively through a computer network. With proper discussions, students can solve their problems and will be more willing to learn. Moreover, by applying the techniques of fuzzy reasoning, the system is able to provide learning suggestions that can be used to guide the students to raise their learning status
