Abstract :
In this paper, a controller for a three-stage cascade boost converter connected in cascaded with a single active switch is proposed to step-up the unregulated voltage supply produced by a fuel cell system. The proposed hybrid controller is able to work in several operation regions while having the feature of a simple structure easy to implement. The controller description and experimental results in a 100W prototype are given within.
