Abstract :
Nowadays the competence among companies has changed into the competence among supply chains. The determinant that assures information resource integrated management successfully delivered is a good rights and benefits sharing system, which in this article was divided into management-coordination system, cost-earning system, and coordination signal transmission system. This article started from the definition of both rights and benefits sharing system and integrated management, and then analyzed the relationship between them. Focused on information sharing system, which was among the companies and within supply chains, this article divided the information sharing system into two parts in the research: within one company and among the different companies.
