Abstract :
According to the traditional morphological classification divide the quality of traditional Chinese medicine White Peony Root into first grade second grade and the third grade. Discrete the chromatography data of the White Peony Root which obtained under the condition of standard test and also make the information reduction. Obtaining the great peaks of linear independent vectors and obtaining every clustering centre data of White Peony Root by the basic PSO and Downhill simplex optimization. Make White Peony Root criterion and sample data as weibull distribution to calculate similar and ensure the finial similar with continental distance. It will use numerical coats integral and mean difference interpolation. This research combines the plant morphology, chemistry, statistics and calculating technology establish the pattern identification methods of quality and have good attempt to Chinese traditional machine quality methods and make a basic to the deeper research in White Peony Root in the introduction of theory and practice.
