  • Abstract
    The author argues that manufacturing simulation could be a relatively simple form of programming if there were a common vocabulary of manufacturing terms whose definitions and detailed terminology were widely agreed. This would greatly assist modelling, and also the comparison of alternatives both in measurements and in costs
