Abstract :
The impedance and radiation characteristics of a two-circular loop antenna (TCLA) with finite reflector have been investigated. The authors find a broader bandwidth and easier impedance control than the standard antenna with the feed line bent while the radiation pattern remains similar to the standard TCLA. Moreover, the calculated results for the situation of the antenna being fitted up a steel tower for TV broadcasting is described.
