This paper analyzed the causes of economic rent in the process of government information Rent-Seeking, Rent-seeking participants, The type of rent-seeking behaviors. On this basis, we used an example of government officials to establish a decision-making model of government information rent-seeking. Analyzed the impacts of government information Rent-Seeking, and proposed countermeasures finally.
