Abstract
Presents a stability condition for time-variant uncertain discrete delay systems, where the uncertainty set is finite and constraints on the allowable sequences of system matrices are imposed. The proposed stability condition is necessary and sufficient and can be viewed as a modified combination of two existing conditions for time-variant systems with polytopic uncertainties. Applications arise in the area of network control
