Through an analysis of the contradiction between the house rental market and the housing supply, and considering the demand for the social pension caused by aging, this book puts forward a new connection between the social pension and the house rental market with the purpose of solving the shortage of the pension. Meanwhile, the new connection will provide the nonresident population with more houses for rent, thus pushing the government to build up the house rental mechanism and integrate social resources.
