Abstract :
In Japan, the Home Appliance Recycling Law has been implemented and the recycling of plastics taken from waste appliances has become a topic. Therefore, the development of material recycling for cross flow fans of home air conditioners is launched. As a result of establishing a system for recovering waste cross flow fans and eliminating contamination and the optimum blending of recycled resin and virgin resin, succeeded in manufacturing a recycled resin compound that satisfies the quality requirements of cross flow fans. The recycled resin developed has been re-used in cross flow fans for home air conditioners and the closed-loop material recycling system has been put into practice
