Abstract :
This paper studies a vehicle routing problem that n vehicles deliver emergency material from emergency dispatching center to m demand points and finally return to the emergency dispatching center. The model of emergency materials dispatching with multi-restrictions is given and designed improved Particle Swarm Optimization algorithm for solving this problem.
