Study of necessity & sufficiency of enterprise information system integration on realization of IS value

With the development of Information technology, enterprise information system has no the characters of rareness and inimitability, so IS can´t form core competence alone and IS values will not realize without the integration of IS and other core resources of enterprises. By building up and analyzing the enterprise´s attitude evolutionary model, IS integration is useful to make enterprise employees take IS with a support attitude, and this positive temperament around enterprise facilitates the realization of IS value. So, IS integration is the sufficient and necessary condition of IS value realization.
