It is an important subject that conventional industrious in China face how to change development mode and explore the effective way of low carbon development. Conventional industrious in Jiangxi have made a great progress in low carbon development, but at present there are still many problems demanding prompt solution. This paper chooses the interaction between goods management and capital operation as research perspective. From both of the macroscopic and microcosmic aspects it discusses the critic factors which restrict the benign interaction between goods management and capital operation and low carbon development of conventional industrious in Jiangxi. Moreover, as to microcosmic restrictive factors the paper proposes the effective ways of low carbon development of conventional industrious in Jiangxi from two angles of low carbon goods management promoting development of capital operation and effective capital operation promoting low carbon of goods management. And as to macroscopic restrictive factors the paper gives policy suggestions to secure the benign interaction between goods management and capital operation and promote the low carbon development of conventional industrious in Jiangxi, such as promote the low carbon of goods management through policy guidance and system design, create good capital environment for low carbon development of goods management.
