Abstract :
In this paper the construction of Chengdu land resources E-government system is taked as an example. Combine each service of land resources closely, the existing fundamental data and the thematic data are integrated. By using present information technology, the sharing model and the solution of releasing and sharing the massive data based on the OGC service are proposed. The integration and application of the platform, the existing business systems, the approval systems and so on with the SOA architecture are done. Online sharing and applying massive E-government map based on network is implemented, and the goal of networks intercommunication, resources integration, systems interconnection, data and information sharing is achieved.
