Study on the mechanism of electronic supervision during the process of information sharing among the governments and enterprises

Basing on the governmental reforming of all over the world and governmental functions changing of China, it is necessary for Chinese government to implement the strategy of electronic supervision during the network society and institutional innovation. Electronic supervision must base on integrating of and optimizing of the enterprise information and governmental information during information sharing among the government and enterprise, which include the information of the government and government, the information of the government and enterprise, and the information of the enterprise and enterprise. It would be foundation of electronic supervision mechanism for Chinese government to integrate and synthesize above three category of information sharing.
