There are many channels for staff recruitment. Choosing an appropriate recruitment channels should be based on the different levels and requirements of human resources. Based on the status of various channels of staff recruitment in those small and medium enterprises, this article has analyzed the problems and the reasons, and furthermore proposed how to select the recruitment channels.
