Research and Practice of SQL Optimization in ORACLE

Adjustment and optimization of applications is an important stage throughout the software life cycle. Based on the database system coming into running applications, SQL statements on the optimization algorithms and improving the application efficiency have become an important goal. In this paper, based on the ORACLE database management system and the optimization goals, the methods and techniques for analyzing, and the basis principle, are combined together with an instance of SQL statements which outlines the implementation of SQL optimization methods and the performance. The work can make an effective support for the application of database system.
