Abstract :
Some problems connected with the construction of 2-D compensators and observers are analyzed. In particular, the authors consider algebraic criteria and linear algorithms for selecting 2-D stable polynomials which can be realized as closed-loop characteristic polynomials of a 2-D system.<>
