Abstract
After literature review and expert interviewing, the evaluation system indexes of leisure tourism destination were screened and modified to 6 first-level indexes and 26 second-level indexes. These two level indexes were tested acceptable after a statistical analysis is finished with both concentration ratios higher than 7 and coefficient of variations bigger than 0.25. Then the weights of the two level indexes were calculated through Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). The result shows that the 4 most-influential first-level indexes to the development condition of leisure tourism destination are management & service, industrial elements, resource & environment, and public facilities. And the 5 least-influential second-level indexes are security management, mark & signage, employees, market acceptance, and public toilet.
