As a typical phenomenon of economic organization, industrial cluster constantly presents variety of features in the development process. Now, the research about industrial cluster development and maturity are abundant, but the recession is opposite lack. Seriously study the industrial cluster recession not only helps to enhance the cluster ability to withstand risks and improve the competitive advantage of the cluster, but also help to promote sustainable development of the cluster to achieve optimization and upgrading of clusters.
