  • Abstract
By identifying the boiler operating parameters closely related to nitrogen oxide emission, the calculation model of the application improvement of PLS is used to predict the nitrogen oxide emission in boiler coal combustion process. Based on the calibration model homogenized by random matrix, and combined with various factors influencing nitrogen oxide emission and single variable output of the nitrogen content in emission, the PLS model is improved. The improved calculation model is used to predict nitrogen oxide emission, which is then compared with the measured value. The result shows that the improved method is much more accurate and faster than the general PLS when used to predict nitrogen oxide emission. This method provides a means to realize the calculation integration for data acquisition program.
