Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

In this thesis, 178 staff in Public Transportation Group of Beijing, shanghai, Wuhan, Dalian, Kunming is selected as sample, and questionnaires are used to collect relevant data. The relation between job stress and job performance is significantly positive, career development and job control, job overload, job atmosphere are significantly positive correlation with job performance, task performance, career development and job control, role conflict and ambiguity are significantly positive correlation with contextual performance.
