Abstract :
Linux Clusters are going to be the high performance compute engine of choice for research labs as well as industry. Clusters are now well known for their flexibility, reliability, scalability and price/performance ratio compared to traditional supercomputers and Linux seems to be the operating system of choice to drive these clusters effectively. As cluster systems scale to thousands of processors, management becomes exponentially complex, and can be a daunting challenge for any organization. To alleviate this effort, Linux NetworX has developed ClusterWorX®, which integrates all aspects of cluster management and administration within a simple and user-friendly solution.
