Research on Municipal E-Government System

As the late start of China´s e-government, a variety of theoretical and practical support is needed. E-government is a complex, emerging, also a crossed multiple disciplines field. But the research and application on it is far behind the enterprise information. Based on the full analysis of our government organization, this paper proposes the structural model of municipal government. Moreover, it makes a study of municipal government´s business system and e-government content based on the model. Finally, an instance as e-government construction in Changzhi is given, and followed by the conclusion.
