Abstract :
In our research, we propose a “multiple lake game with local governments” as an extended social dilemma model. The purpose of this model is to provide an approach to social dilemma. In the model, we introduce a new player based on individual rationality to prevent players becoming free-riders. In the paper, in order to analyze social behaviors in the game, we use the gini coefficient that is a measure of the inequality of the distributed payoff. As the result of experiments, we show the efficiency of the proposed approach with the gini coefficient
