Construction project safety management is an important part of engineering management. OHSAS (Occupational Health and Safety Assessment a Series), which is a management system on health and safety, is applied in construction project safety management in this paper. The procedure and execution of OHSAS is dicussed detailedly and a case is presented to illustrate the theory and application of OHSAS.
