Abstract
This work presents a versatile and low cost prototype of a three-phase load protector circuit, controlled using a FPGA, which allows load protection against over-voltage, under-voltage, line unbalance and phase loss and loss of phase sequence. Load is connected using an electromechanical contactor. The prototype circuit was tested in the laboratory with good results.
