Abstract :
Current micro-fabrication technologies, such as semiconductor manufacturing have many problems such as complex process flow, huge consumption of natural resources and large load on the environment. Furthermore, they also require huge amount of equipment investment. The ink-jet printing (UP) technology which allocates only the necessary amount of materials to the location where needed, is a one of the candidate to solve these problems and it will revolutionize current manufacturing processes. As has been reported, it has been successfully applied to printable electronics devices, such as organic light-emitting diodes and organic thin film transistors. Inkjet technology which can produce fine patterns with features measuring less than 1 micron is developed
