After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.

With development and improvement of labor market, the problem of unemployment has become a notable restriction of economic growth in China. In this paper, we analyze the structural factors of unemployment in China associated with the Job-matching model and Endogenous growth theory. It is concluded structural unemployment tends to be an important issue, which has implication to policies of promoting employment and keeping harmonious growth of economy in China.
