  • Abstract
    In this article, a Swiss-Roll structure burner based on excess enthalpy combustion is designed. It uses the combusted gas to heat up the ventilation air methane (VAM), which can increase the VAM combustion margin. Steam is used to get the heat, and the heated steam can drive steam turbine to generate electricity and it is also an important way to control the combustion zone in the porous material, which is center of the Swiss-Roll burner. The feasibility of the implement of Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) is analyzed. Based on the CDM, a techno-economic analysis is studied here. The result shows that the internal return rate is 26%, larger than the cost of capital, 10%, and the net present value is 16.3 million Renminbi (RMB). It means that the CDM can bring great profits, which gives a great promotion in the marketable process of this system.
