Abstract :
A novel intelligent leveling system of suspended access platform is developed adopting a same orientation pursuit strategy which improves performance in adjusting accuracy and speed of platform, it proved to be the superior concept in safer and more intelligence automatic control. Programmable Controller (PLC) and dual-axis inclination sensor are employed for the control system, which automatically changes the action of lifting equipment according to the inclination of the platform in order to eliminate the non-level quickly. The system can achieve the synchronized drive accuracy of multi-point suspended platform by ± 2° and adjust time of system less than 5s. In this paper, the control strategy of the system is described, as well as hardware configuration of the microcomputer system. Furthermore, the influence of the disturbance signals and different protect time of eliminating flutter is evaluated in this paper.
