  • Abstract
    The influence factors of firm innovation based on organizational learning and knowledge management are deeply analyzed theoretically in this paper. The relationships model between organizational learning, knowledge management and firm innovation is built and tested empirically. The result of the study indicates that knowledge management plays an important role between organizational learning and firm innovation. It develops and enriches the theories of organizational learning and firm innovation, and has a helpful practical guidance significance to increase the innovation capacity of firms.
